Before You Go

Important Reminders

  • Swim spa lids should remain attached and folded to the sides (do not detach; see video in “Getting Around the Nest”)

  • This area is prone to high winds—please close the spa and umbrellas when not in use

  • The firepit must be fully extinguished after use

It’s time to say hasta la vista—we hope you had a wonderful stay at Falcon’s Nest. Before you head out, please take a moment to review the following:

Departure Checklist

You’re part of the process. We keep communication open and decisions shared—no black boxes or surprises.

1. Check-Out Time
Check-out is at 11:00 AM
Late check-out may be available for an additional fee—please reach out in advance.

2. Trash Disposal

  • Gather all trash (inside and outside) and place it in bags

  • Trash service requires all waste to be bagged

  • Place all bags in the designated bins at the entrance gate

  • Please do not leave trash inside the house
    (Need extra bags? Just text us.)

3. Personal Belongings
Please check all rooms, closets, and drawers for your belongings.
Due to cleaning and turnover, items can easily be misplaced after departure.

4. Dishes
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle
(Detergent pods are located under the sink)

5. Food & Beverages
Please do not leave any food, condiments, beverages, or packages in the kitchen.
All items are discarded between stays for sanitary reasons.

6. Damages
Accidents happen—please let us know if anything was broken or damaged during your stay.
