    • The main door is managed through the AUGUST app (instructions will be sent via text).

    • The gate is operated through the REMOOTIO app (access provided via phone).

    • The main door locks automatically—please keep your app or code handy.

  • Enjoy the outdoor space, but please follow these guidelines for safety:

    Firepit

    • Adult use only or with supervision

    • Always extinguish with water after use

    • Never leave unattended

    Swim Spa

    • Adult use only

    • Do not change settings or adjust gray handles

    • No diving

    • Keep lids attached and folded to the sides (do not remove)

    • Close lids when not in use

    • Turn off when not in use

    • Do not leave children unattended

    Wind Safety (Important)

    This area can experience strong winds:

    • Keep spa lids attached and secured

    • Close umbrellas when not in use

    • Do not leave belongings outside

    • Dispose of trash indoors

    Please note:
    No food or condiments are provided. All items are removed after each stay.

    • Dispose of trash in bins at the entrance gate upon departure

    • Follow recycling labels

    • Do not exceed bin capacity

    • Laundry: Washer & dryer

    • Kitchen: Blender, toaster, microwave, coffee station

    • Game Room: TV, streaming access, surround sound

    • Fans & Lights: Use remotes (wall switch must be on; do not detach remotes)

  • Please help us maintain the system:

    • Do not flush paper products

    • Use sink drain catchers

    • Do not pour grease or chemicals down drains

    • Exterior lights are automatic

    • Please turn off indoor lights when not in use

    • No parties or events

    • Maximum of 10 guests total (including daytime visitors)

    • The home includes an occupancy monitoring device

    • Houses are independent but share a main road

    • Pets: Not allowed

    • Parking: Maximum of 5 cars (shared codes deactivate access)

    • No littering or dumping (trash bags required)

    • Exterior security cameras are in use

    • No smoking inside (designated outdoor areas only)

    • Fireworks not permitted

    • Guests are responsible for damages beyond deposit
