Arrival Information

    • Check-in: 3:00 PM

    • Check-out: 11:00 AM

    • The main door is managed through the AUGUST app (instructions will be sent via text).

    • The gate is operated through the REMOOTIO app (access provided via phone).

    • The main door locks automatically—please keep your app or code handy.

    • IMPORTANT: For your safety and ours, Uber, taxi, and food delivery vehicles are prohibited from entering the gate. Please meet all rideshare and deliveries at the gate entrance.

  • Enjoy the outdoor space, but please follow these guidelines for safety:

    • Adult use only

    • Always extinguish with water after use

    • Water dispenser (hot & cold) available in the laundry room

    • One complimentary bag of ice

    Please note:
    No food or condiments are provided. All items are removed after each stay.

    • Extra trash bags are in the laundry room

    • Dispose of trash in bins at the entrance gate upon departure

    • Laundry: Washer & dryer

    • Kitchen: Fully equipped. Blender, toaster, microwave, coffee station

    • Game Room: TV, streaming access, surround sound

    • Fans & Lights: Use remotes (wall switch must be on; do not detach remotes)

    • No parties or events

    • Maximum of 10 guests total (including daytime visitors)

    • No pets

    • The home includes an occupancy monitoring device and exterior security cameras

    • Max of 5 cars allowed. No access for Uber, Taxi, and delivery vehicles allowed past the gate

    • No Fireworks
